KPIC Television signed on the air in 1956. KPIC has been the only local television station in Douglas County. KPIC is the local CBS affiliate and we broadcast to Douglas County and reach over 100,000 viewers. KPIC Television has fourteen full-time employees. We support and sponsor several events around the county including the Rotary Duck Race, The Festival of Lights, Wine Art and Music Festival, Music on the Half shell, River Bend Live, Phoenix School, Mercy Foundation, The Home Builders Association, just to name a few.

We have a four person local news team and broadcast eight local casts Monday through Friday.
