Colleen B. Brown
President & Chief Executive OfficerColleen B. Brown was elected President and CEO of Fisher Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSCI) in October 2005 and to their Board of Directors in 2006. She is responsible for all aspects of Fisher Communications, including the operation of Fisher’s 20 television stations and three radio stations, and Fisher Interactive Network, which includes 120 hyperlocal sites.
Brown currently serves as founder and chair of the Mobile500 Alliance and is a director for, DataSphere, Inc., Port Blakely Companies, Washington Roundtable, the United Way of King County, and is president of the International Women’s Forum of Washington State.
Previously Brown served as a director for Career Builder, Classified Ventures, National Association of Broadcasters, National Association of Television Program Executives, Television Advertising Bureau, Maximum Service Television, Inc., the Center for Creative Leadership, Associated Press, the Open Mobile Video Coalition, and a number of other non-profit organizations and universities across the country. Brown is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
Brown began her career at Gannett, an international news and information company. She rose through the ranks of KUSA-TV in Denver, Colorado to become vice president and station manager. She was then named president and general manager of Gannett’s WFMY-TV in Greensboro, North Carolina. She became President and General Manager of Gannett’s television operations in Arizona. She also spearheaded strategic planning for Gannett’s Television Group. After Gannett, she served as president of the Lee Broadcast Group, owned by Lee Enterprises, Inc., a multimedia company based in Iowa. Brown was then appointed senior vice president at Dallas, Texas based Belo Corporation, one of the nation’s largest media companies. While there she was responsible for Belo Interactive, Spanish-language initiatives, Business Development and their Texas Broadcast and Cable properties.
Brown graduated summa cum laude with a double major in political science and business administration from the University of Dubuque as a Presidential Scholar. She is a national winner of General Motors marketing competition and holds an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Christopher J. Bellavia
Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate SecretaryMr. Bellavia became Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in May 2009. He was previously Vice President, Senior Attorney and Corporate Secretary from November 2008 to May 2009. Before joining Fisher, Mr. Bellavia was an attorney with Washington Mutual, Inc. where he worked on corporate governance, securities and transactional matters, and treasury and finance support. Prior to that, he practiced law in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati where he represented large and small technology companies and venture capital firms on corporate and securities matters, mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.

Hassan N. Natha
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial OfficerMr. Natha became Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in July 2011. He was previously Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from January 2011 to July 2011. He joined the Company as Vice President, Finance in November 2008 and was appointed Principal Accounting Officer in December 2008. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Natha served as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at Jones Soda Co., a beverage company until 2008. Before joining Jones Soda, Mr. Natha served as an associate with COF Selections, a professional CFO services firm from August 2005 to January 2006, a principal of B2BCFO, a CFO professional services firm, from March 2003 to July 2005, and Chief Financial officer of Washington Gaming Inc., a private real estate and gaming company, from January 2002 to December 2002. From October 2000 to December 2001, he served as senior manager of Accenture Inc. Mr. Natha is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Concordia University and a Graduate Diploma of Public Accountancy from McGill University.
