EthicsPoint

EthicsPoint is an anonymous reporting system to address accounting and auditing misconduct, and is required by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Employees and others can submit a complaint regarding misconduct or illegal acts, or complaints regarding accounting, internal accounting controls, or auditing matters.
