    President & Chief Executive Officer

    Colleen B. Brown was elected President and CEO of Fisher Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSCI) in October 2005 and to their Board of Directors in 2006. She is responsible for all aspects of Fisher Communications, including the operation of Fisher’s 20 television stations and three radio stations, and Fisher Interactive Network, which includes 120 hyperlocal sites.

    Brown currently serves as founder and chair of the Mobile500 Alliance and is a director for, DataSphere, Inc., Port Blakely Companies, Washington Roundtable, the United Way of King County, and is president of the International Women’s Forum of Washington State.

    Previously Brown served as a director for Career Builder, Classified Ventures, National Association of Broadcasters, National Association of Television Program Executives, Television Advertising Bureau, Maximum Service Television, Inc., the Center for Creative Leadership, Associated Press, the Open Mobile Video Coalition, and a number of other non-profit organizations and universities across the country. Brown is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.

    Brown began her career at Gannett, an international news and information company. She rose through the ranks of KUSA-TV in Denver, Colorado to become vice president and station manager. She was then named president and general manager of Gannett’s WFMY-TV in Greensboro, North Carolina. She became President and General Manager of Gannett’s television operations in Arizona. She also spearheaded strategic planning for Gannett’s Television Group. After Gannett, she served as president of the Lee Broadcast Group, owned by Lee Enterprises, Inc., a multimedia company based in Iowa. Brown was then appointed senior vice president at Dallas, Texas based Belo Corporation, one of the nation’s largest media companies. While there she was responsible for Belo Interactive, Spanish-language initiatives, Business Development and their Texas Broadcast and Cable properties.

    Brown graduated summa cum laude with a double major in political science and business administration from the University of Dubuque as a Presidential Scholar. She is a national winner of General Motors marketing competition and holds an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

    Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

    Mr. Bellavia became Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in May 2009. He was previously Vice President, Senior Attorney and Corporate Secretary from November 2008 to May 2009. Before joining Fisher, Mr. Bellavia was an attorney with Washington Mutual, Inc. where he worked on corporate governance, securities and transactional matters, and treasury and finance support. Prior to that, he practiced law in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati where he represented large and small technology companies and venture capital firms on corporate and securities matters, mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. Mr. Bellavia graduated in 1994 from Cornell University Law School and holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in economics from St. John Fisher College in Pittsford, NY.

    Mr. Natha became Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in July 2011. He was previously Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from January 2011 to July 2011. He joined the Company as Vice President, Finance in November 2008 and was appointed Principal Accounting Officer in December 2008. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Natha served as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at Jones Soda Co., a beverage company until 2008. Before joining Jones Soda, Mr. Natha served as an associate with COF Selections, a professional CFO services firm from August 2005 to January 2006, a principal of B2BCFO, a CFO professional services firm, from March 2003 to July 2005, and Chief Financial officer of Washington Gaming Inc., a private real estate and gaming company, from January 2002 to December 2002. From October 2000 to December 2001, he served as senior manager of Accenture Inc. Mr. Natha is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Concordia University and a Graduate Diploma of Public Accountancy from McGill University.

    Vice President, Corporate Development & Investor Relations

    Lucinda Stewart joined Fisher as Vice President, Corporate Development & Investor Relations in January 2013. Prior to joining Fisher Lucinda worked for OVP Venture Partners focusing on investments in the infrastructure software, digital media and digital energy sectors. She is on the Boards of Aggregate Knowledge, DataSphere, PrecisionDemand, Talyst and Tigo.

    Prior to joining OVP, Lucinda was part of the start-up team of a Welch, Carson, Anderson & Stowe-backed services company, National Surgery Centers (NSC), where she worked in market and business development analyzing markets for new center development, acquiring existing operations and working with individual centers to improve operational performance. During her tenure at NSC, the company became the largest independent owner and operator of surgery centers, went public and subsequently sold to HealthSouth for $590 million. After NSC, Lucinda joined the investment banking division at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in New York where she worked closely with software and services companies. In 1999 she entered the venture business at Frazier Healthcare and focused on services and software investments.

    Lucinda received her BA in Political Science from the University of Puget Sound and her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is also a board member of the Evergreen School, the division of Mercy Corp. called the Phoenix Fund, the Evergreen Venture Capital Association and was named one of Seattle’s 2007 “40 Under 40″ by the Puget Sound Business Journal.” She is married and has two sons and a daughter. She enjoys skiing, hiking, running and soccer.

    Ms. Drafs began her career on the agency side of the business with a division of DDB Worldwide. In 1986 she joined Fisher Broadcasting as a Sales and Marketing Assistant, and has gone on to hold titles that include: Senior Account Executive, Director of Business Solutions, General Sales Manager, Vice President and Station Manager and as of September 2012 she became Vice President & General Manager for Fisher Seattle Broadcasting.

    Ms. Drafs created a regional sales platform for our Fisher stations and established the first on-line sales efforts across the company. As Vice President and General Manager she oversees KOMO-TV the Seattle ABC affiliate, KUNS-TV the Seattle Univision affiliate, KPLZ, KOMO AM/FM, and KVI Radio stations.

    Ms. Drafs is a graduate of the University of Washington with a B.A. in Advertising Communications. She is a native to the Pacific Northwest and married with two beautiful daughters, ages 9 and 14.

In addition to overseeing Fisher’s News Departments, she remains the News Director for KOMO-TV and KUNS-TV in Seattle. Before joining the Company in February of 2007, Ms. Gauntt was the Vice President and News Director for WTXF-TV in Philadelphia.
