Colleen B. Brown is President and Chief Executive Officer of Fisher Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSCI); a small cap communications company that owns and operates ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX affiliated television stations, radio stations, interactive network, and Fisher Plaza, a technical facility in Seattle which was recently sold.

Brown is a Director at Fisher Communications. She serves as founder and chair of the National Mobile500 Alliance, which develops Mobile DTV solutions for its membership base consisting of 434 television stations covering 94% of the United States, and is an independent director for Seattle based, DataSphere, Inc., a fast growing technology company. She has served on the boards of CareerBuilder.com and ClassifiedVentures.com. Brown is a recipient of the industry’s Technology Leadership Award in 2011 and also its Innovation Award in 2011.

Brown began her career in finance at Gannett Co. Inc., a large cap international news and information company. She served as President and General Manager at several Gannett Companies and was Vice President of strategic planning and programming at Gannett. She was a direct report to the Chairman and CEO of broadcasting. After Gannett she served as President of Lee Broadcasting, which was owned by Lee Enterprises, Inc. a mid-cap U.S. publishing company. She was a direct report to the Chairman and CEO. After completing a turn-around and division sale, Brown was then appointed Senior Vice President at Belo Corporation, a large cap media company. She was responsible for Belo’s Corporate Development and was a direct report to the Chairman and CEO. In addition, she was responsible for key operating companies including its Texas broadcasting companies, Mexico operations, and the company’s cable and internet divisions.

Brown graduated summa cum laude with a double major in political science and business administration from the University of Dubuque as a Presidential Scholar. Brown was recently elected as chair for the United Way of King County, the largest United Way in the United States, and the Washington Roundtable, which is comprised of the top CEO’s in the state of Washington. She was selected as a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute. Brown holds an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Mr. Bellavia became Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in May 2009. He was previously Vice President, Senior Attorney and Corporate Secretary from November 2008 to May 2009. Before joining Fisher, Mr. Bellavia was an attorney with Washington Mutual, Inc. where he worked on corporate governance, securities and transactional matters, and treasury and finance support. Prior to that, he practiced law in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati where he represented large and small technology companies and venture capital firms on corporate and securities matters, mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. Mr. Bellavia graduated in 1994 from Cornell University Law School and holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in economics from St. John Fisher College in Pittsford, NY.

Mr. Natha became Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in July 2011. He was previously Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from January 2011 to July 2011. He joined the Company as Vice President, Finance in November 2008 and was appointed Principal Accounting Officer in December 2008. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Natha served as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at Jones Soda Co., a beverage company until 2008. Before joining Jones Soda, Mr. Natha served as an associate with COF Selections, a professional CFO services firm from August 2005 to January 2006, a principal of B2BCFO, a CFO professional services firm, from March 2003 to July 2005, and Chief Financial officer of Washington Gaming Inc., a private real estate and gaming company, from January 2002 to December 2002. From October 2000 to December 2001, he served as senior manager of Accenture Inc. Mr. Natha is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Concordia University and a Graduate Diploma of Public Accountancy from McGill University.

Ms. Pelletier became Vice President Human Resources in July 2011. She was previously Director of Human Resources from April 2007 to June 2011. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Pelletier spent four years at Shurgard Storage Centers as Director of Employee Relations and five years as Senior Human Resources Manager at Time-Life Libraries a division of Time Warner. Ms. Pelletier holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice from Central Washington University and holds the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation.

Mr. McHale joined Fisher as Vice President of Technology in July 2010. Prior to joining Fisher, McHale served as Senior Vice President / Chief Technology Officer for DIRECTV Sports Networks LLC, and before that was Vice President, Information Technology for Starz Entertainment in Denver. He also has served as Vice President of International IT for Discovery Communications in London as well as Vice President of Global Operations based in Maryland.

Lucinda Stewart joined Fisher as Vice President, Corporate Development & Investor Relations in January 2013. Prior to joining Fisher Lucinda worked for OVP Venture Partners focusing on investments in the infrastructure software, digital media and digital energy sectors. She is on the Boards of Aggregate Knowledge, DataSphere, PrecisionDemand, Talyst and Tigo.

Prior to joining OVP, Lucinda was part of the start-up team of a Welch, Carson, Anderson & Stowe-backed services company, National Surgery Centers (NSC), where she worked in market and business development analyzing markets for new center development, acquiring existing operations and working with individual centers to improve operational performance. During her tenure at NSC, the company became the largest independent owner and operator of surgery centers, went public and subsequently sold to HealthSouth for $590 million. After NSC, Lucinda joined the investment banking division at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in New York where she worked closely with software and services companies. In 1999 she entered the venture business at Frazier Healthcare and focused on services and software investments.

Lucinda received her BA in Political Science from the University of Puget Sound and her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is also a board member of the Evergreen School, the division of Mercy Corp. called the Phoenix Fund, the Evergreen Venture Capital Association and was named one of Seattle’s 2007 “40 Under 40″ by the Puget Sound Business Journal.” She is married and has two sons and a daughter. She enjoys skiing, hiking, running and soccer.
